The Financial Services Commission of Mauritius (FSC) has released a circular letter on 13 September 2023, on the filing of Statutory Returns through the FSC One Platform. The FSC One Platform is a user-friendly digital solution for filing Statutory Returns, which is now mandatory for all FSC Licensees, including Reporting Issuers, following the passing of the Finance (Misellaneous Provisions) Act 2023.

It is to be noted that no other form of submission or filing of the Statutory returns will be accepted by the FSC.

This technological advancement simplifies the submission of various documents, enhancing the ease of doing business in Mauritius while ensuring compliance.
