The Financial Services Commission, Mauritius (the “FSC”) has issued a communiqué on the 21st of September 2021 proposing to issue “Guidelines on the issue of Corporate and Green Bonds” (“Guidelines”). The Guidelines will set out the legal and supervisory framework surrounding the issuance of corporate and green bonds.
