Adapting to the “new normal” with the ongoing COVID crisis can be overwhelming and take a toll on mental health. Mindfulness offers a coping solution which helps through trying period. At Axis we care about the state of mind of our staff. In the optic of the October health month, we have invited Mrs. Sradha Gobin Manna who is a certified instructor and facilitator in mindfulness for a unique initiative spanned over four sessions. The initiative was ushered in last week with the first session, covering “the psychological impact of working from home.”
Each upcoming session will focus on one particular aspect and how mindfulness can help our staff achieve a calm and rested state of mind while also maintaining an optimal level of productivity amidst the current situation. The upcoming sessions will cover the following topics:
