We are pleased to announce that we have established a new ESG Committee at Axis to reinforce our dedication to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) issues. This committee will develop strategies to integrate ESG components into our framework and initiatives, ensuring that we meet our governance obligations and improve our social impact. We are committed to achieving our long-term ESG goals and aligning with the values of our stakeholders.

We also want to ensure that ESG is integrated into our DNA and reflected in all of our processes and policies and that our employees are aware of their rights and responsibilities. In addition, the Committee will also be responsible for monitoring their effectiveness and making recommendations for improvements.
