The Financial Services Commission (“FSC”), in collaboration with the Economic Development Board (“EDB”) and the Corporate and Business Registration Department (“CBRD”), launched the FSC Single Window platform on 21 July 2022. Serving as a singular platform to facilitate the booking of appointments process for prospective investors who can make use of the FSC Single Window Platform to meet respective experts from the FSC, the EDB or the CBRD for their licencing requirements, incorporation needs, occupational permit requirements and other related investment needs.

The FSC Single Window forms part of the vision of establishing the Mauritius IFC as the jurisdiction of choice with a conducive business environment. The platform aims to facilitate business in Mauritius by strengthening the efficiency of financial institutions and the position of the Mauritius IFC in the face of global competition through innovative use of digital channels such as the FSC One Platform.
