The Financial Services Commission (FSC) OF Mauritius had issued a communique on the 21 July 2020 on the extension of the deadline of the filing and reporting obligations for licensees with financial year ended 30 June 2020 and Quarterly/Interim Financial statements ending 31 July 2020 to 30 September 2020.

The FSC also highlights that the commission will not charge administrative penalties in respect of late filing of audited financial statements provided that they are filed with the commission on or before 30 November 2020.
