Rooted in real-life case studies from our operations team, these fortnightly sessions create a space for practical learning and meaningful dialogue. Led by managers, Associate Directors and top management, directly involved in the featured cases, the sessions ensure actionable insights for all participants.

Our latest session, Core Income Generating Activities (CIGA) – Practical Examples, was presented by our Managing Director, Mr. Assad Abdullatiff. During the session, Mr. Abdullatiff shared his insights on the CIGA requirements, providing a historical chronology of events leading to their implementation in Mauritius. He also offered practical examples on how to comply with these requirements, particularly through directors’ active participation in board meetings.

The session brought together leaders from across Axis, including our Chairman, Mr. Tahen Kumar Servansingh, COO, Mr. Jean-Claude Permal, and Independent Local Director, Mr. Denis Rivet.
